I’m not used to this “download” stuff.  Isn’t it hard to do?

No. Downloading music has become a multi-BILLION dollar industry, and although its not new, some people are still not used to the idea of downloading music.  Using these FAQs, we’ll walk you through the simple process.

I tried to sample the music by clicking on the spinning headphones but  got an error message.

We have just recently turned the store over to download-only and there are still a few “bugs” in the sampling system.  Please report any problems to dajamusic@gmail.com and we’ll try to handle each one individually.

If I had trouble sampling the music, won’t I have trouble purchasing the music?

NO! The samples are supplied through one provider, and the download purchases are through another.  Purchasing these downloads have  proven to be PROBLEM-FREE! (read below)

What's going to happen when I order my album?

You will immediately receive an email which looks like this:

Dear So & So,

 You can download files for Gotta Hop! (Complete Album) at

https://www.e-junkie.com/d/?t=j470xxxxxx3d&d=1019563

Please note, these links will expire after 120 hours from now or after you've downloaded the files 5 times, which ever event happens first.

Click on the “https” link (or copy the complete link into your browser address bar) and it will take to page where you can download all of the songs on the album which you’ve ordered.

When you click on the files, choose “save to disk” and save the recordings to your hard drive. After that, use as you like! (i.e. burn to a CD, play on an ipod…. whatever)
